Resources and general information

A practical place to start

Learn what to include in a first inquiry, how to check insurance and payment details, how therapy approaches may be selected, and where to turn for urgent support.

First contact

What to include in an inquiry

Keep the first message brief. Do not include diagnoses, medical history, trauma details, client records, or other sensitive clinical information.

Looking for a professional service? Review clinical supervision and consulting.

  • Your name and preferred way to be contacted
  • General days or times when you are available
  • Whether you are seeking individual counseling, support involving a child age 0 to 5 and caregiver, or a professional service

Insurance and payment

Confirm before scheduling

Dandelion lists Anthem, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, and private pay, including HSA, credit card, cash, and check. Network participation and individual benefits can change. Ask Danielle to confirm current participation, and contact your plan about deductibles, copays, and coverage for the service you are considering.

Choosing an approach

Individualized, not automatic

A therapy name is only a starting point. Danielle may draw from somatic therapy, EMDR, motivational interviewing, CBT or TF-CBT, strengths-based and person-centered work, Child-Parent Psychotherapy, or CAMS depending on your needs and the clinical fit.

Use the website for logistics

The inquiry form is intended for contact and scheduling information, not medical or clinical details. Sending an inquiry does not create a therapeutic relationship or confirm an appointment.

Urgent support

The site is not an emergency service

Website forms and email are not monitored for emergencies. If you are in immediate danger, call 911. For crisis support in the United States, call or text 988 or visit the 988 Lifeline.

Next step

Ask whether working together is a fit

Danielle currently has room for a few new clients. A brief inquiry is the place to ask about scope, fit, availability, fees, and format.
